Amplifi Commerce is looking for an experienced QA Test Lead to join our growing Testing group. At Amplifi Commerce, you will work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment with other skilled resources to design and deliver engaging, transactional websites and applications.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate manual testing abilities for high-volume B2C e-commerce applications and websites. Experience testing applications running on ATG Platform is highly desired.

Important Characteristics

• Experienced in B2C Ecommerce environment.
• Comfortable working alone and in a dynamic team environment
• Detail oriented, with strong analytical and hands-on problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and people skills

Requirements

• 5+ years of complex quality assurance testing experience in a B2C Ecommerce environment.
• Proven experience testing web based /client server applications
• Experience planning, designing, and managing testing activities
• Skilled preparing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
• Experience testing applications running on ATG Platform preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Able to test in fast-paced environment with both long and short development cycles.
• Able to perform both white and black box testing.
• QA backend and frontend website features, load/performance or automation testing.
• Participate in and/or lead projects from start to finish including defining test approaches, and test plans.
• Participate in review of requirements and designs.
• Able to work with designer/producer/engineer to define the feature set, and testing risks.
• Able to support live rapid deployment online service.
• Develop the technical competency of QA.

Education & Training

• Bachelors degree in computer science or business, or equivalent work experience

Location

Position will be based in one of the following offices:  Dallas

Travel of up to 50% possible
