			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>DALLAS – (April 19, 2011) – Amplifi Commerce, an international e-commerce consultancy to major retailers, announced today it has named Keith Krzeminski chief operating officer and executive vice president with oversight of the company&#8217;s operations, client delivery and business units.  He brings more than 25 years of operational and financial experience leading efforts at software, information technology, manufacturing and public companies.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Amplifi Commerce, Krzeminski was senior vice president, finance and chief accounting officer at McAfee, Inc., the world’s leading dedicated security technology company, where he oversaw worldwide finance and operations organizations. His executive experience also spans senior positions with EDS, Quaker State, Home Interiors &amp; Gifts, Inc., and Coopers &amp; Lybrand, an international accounting firm.</p>
<p>Krzeminski is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of Financial Executives International (FEI), where he serves as a board member in the Dallas chapter. He holds his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.</p>

<p>Guy Haigood joins as Managing Partner for Delivery Services in Amplifi Commerce&#8217;s Project Management Office where he will oversee project delivery in areas including staffing, recruiting, project methodology. Haigood brings 19 years of IT and consulting experience to this role. He previously served at companies including Hitachi Consulting and Navigator Systems and has supported businesses in the consumer goods, health care, financial services and travel industries.</p>
<p>Nancy Strasner joins as Director of Corporate Recruiting. A 15 year veteran of corporate recruitment and human resources, Strasner is an expert in the IT and professional services industries. She previously worked for firms including Deloitte Consulting, as well as an Internet start-up where she led the recruiting efforts as part of a global initiatives to incorporate a shared services model following a large merger. Most recently, Strasner served with Hitachi Consulting where she led the recruiting efforts for the national business intelligence vertical.</p>
<p>Caroline Manning joins as Engagement Manager where she is responsible for directing client projects across Amplifi Commerce departments and teams. She brings 20 years of branding and marketing agency experience having worked with major brands including Coca-Cola, Lowe’s, Macy’s, Dillard’s, Energy Star, and JCPenney for initiatives including direct-to-consumer and e-commerce campaigns. Manning also conveys a depth of inside retail knowledge having served as a buyer for Bloomingdales, a manager at Gucci and a sales rep for several European labels.</p>
