Corey Mellick
President & Chief Executive Officer

As President of Amplifi Commerce, Corey focuses his energies on evolving the company’s vision and strategy and ensuring that the company is providing the best services and most measurable results to its clients. In an effort to move from the typical consultancy and digital agency model, Corey has established Amplifi as an international e-commerce leader delivering custom-built solutions that are changing the industry.

Prior to Amplifi Commerce, Corey spent most of his career holding senior management positions with business consulting and technology services companies, where he has earned a reputation for strategic thinking, focused execution and unsurpassed client satisfaction. Corey has been on the executive management team with Acquity Group, Insight Networking, Alliance Consulting and MicroAge Integration Group. He has provided thought leadership and strategic guidance to organizations across the world with focused industry experience in retail, fashion, manufacturing and finance.


KeithKeith Krzeminski
Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President

As Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Keith is responsible for the company’s operations, client delivery and business units. He brings more than 25 years of operational and financial experience, leading efforts at several software, information technology, manufacturing and public companies.

Prior to joining Amplifi Commerce, Krzeminski was Senior Vice President, Finance & Chief Accounting Officer at McAfee, Inc., the world’s leading dedicated security technology company, where he oversaw the worldwide controller, sales finance, revenue recognition, tax, and sales order operations organizations. His executive experience also spans senior positions with EDS, Quaker State, Home Interiors & Gifts, Inc., and Coopers & Lybrand, an international accounting firm.

Keith is an active member of Financial Executives International (FEI), where he has held leadership and board positions in the Dallas chapter. He received his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.


Guy C. Mellick
Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President

Guy is responsible for directing all financial, administrative and internal operations for the company. He sets his sights on leading our operational teams through the fast growth expansion opportunities of the company while managing the overall health of our bottom line.

Prior to Amplifi Commerce, Guy’s experience covers a wide range of industries including publishing, automotive manufacturing, aviation and printing. His extensive resume includes experience with product development, marketing, sales, operations management and finance.

A lengthy career with General Motors included executive management positions at the Technical Center and Corporate Headquarters. Guy was also President and CEO of Wagners Printers, a multi-plant printing company which he later sold to The Nielsen Company. Guy has an impressive record of working with volunteer organizations including roles as president and chairman. He has also served in leadership roles in several industry associations.

Guy has a BS degree from Carnegie Mellon University, a MBA from the University of Arizona, and attended a variety of graduate programs at The University of Texas, Iowa State, Penn State and Harvard University.


Christopher McComas
Managing Partner, Interactive

As Managing Partner of the Amplifi Interactive Group, Chris partners collaboratively with clients to develop a clear understanding of their brand, offerings, consumers and strategic goals, using that knowledge to drive the strategic design and development of highly effective, multichannel solutions that align business offerings with consumers’ wants and needs. Chris’s unique creativity and strong comprehension of technology allow him to develop solutions for clients that maximize the opportunity and value of their online channel.

Chris has more than 15 years of e-business strategy, brand management, user centered design (UCD), interactive design and traditional marketing experience, directing major engagements for clients in the retail, healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, telecommunications, travel and manufacturing industries.

For the past 12 years, Chris has helped both start-up and enterprise clients define, fine-tune and execute multichannel strategies with his exceptional visualization, conceptualization and problem solving skills. His clients have included Alcon Labs, Baxter Healthcare, IBM, The Limited, Motorola, Dallas Museum of Art, Texas Instruments, Swatch, Kraft, Raytheon, eLuxury, AT&T, Avaya, Lucent, Interphase, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Novation (VHA/UHC) and the American Heart Association.


Douglas Hollinger
Managing Partner, Business Strategy

In leading our Business Strategy practice, Doug partners with our clients to identify and implement market-changing strategies while building out strong internal e-business competencies. His industry experience includes retail, telecommunications, financial services, e-commerce, higher education and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Amplifi Commerce in February 2009, Doug founded the Interactive Services practice for the US operations of Valtech, a European e-business consultancy. For several years, he led multi-million dollar consumer research, web strategy and design engagements as a user experience architect and strategy consultant for Nokia. He started his consulting career with Scient, where his strategy, user expericence and knowledge management clients included Buy.com, PricewaterhouseCoopers, CampusDoor.com and Z-Tel (now Trinsic).

Doug has a Ph.D. in English from Texas Christian University and an extensive background in education/training, journalism and traditional marketing.


J. Brad Moss
Managing Partner, Operations and Managed e-Commerce

As leader of the Operations and Managed E-commerce group, Brad and his team consistently deliver the services required to make our clients’ online channels a success. He brings to our clients experience in all facets of e-commerce operations, as well as experience in the retail, fashion and technology industries.

Prior to joining Amplifi Commerce in August 2009, Brad managed Moss Consulting, an e-commerce consultancy focused on helping companies initiate and/or grow their online channels both domestically and internationally. Moss Consulting worked with many leading brands, including Vera Wang, FAO Schwarz, Perry Ellis and GSI Commerce.

In addition, Brad helped launch PFSweb’s European presence, where he played active roles in staffing and managing the sales, implementation, account management and customer care activities of their European business for several years, giving him a thorough understanding of the unique challenges offered by global e-commerce initiatives. Before focusing on PFSweb’s European operations, Brad managed their large domestic implementations and clients, including GSI Commerce (formerly Global Sports Interactive), Hewlett-Packard, Xerox and Dell. Prior to joining PFSweb, Brad managed a sales support team at EDS, a global provider of computer services.

Brad has a BBA from the University of North Texas.


Robert Farrior
Managing Partner, Innovation

With more than 25 years of technology leadership experience, Robert brings both a depth and breadth of knowledge to lead Amplifi Commerce’s Innovation and R&D areas to deliver world-class  products and solutions for our clients. His extensive experience includes advanced technology architecture, program management, software design, visual design and executive management. He is a recognized thought leader in the areas of e-commerce, enterprise content management (ECM), IT governance and agile development.

Before joining Amplifi Commerce in December 2008, Robert served as a senior subject matter expert on e-commerce and ECM for Acquity Group, a Chicago-based consulting firm. He has also provided senior technology leadership for leading companies including Nokia and Macromedia (now Adobe). Robert began his career as a technologist and software designer for Nortel Networks, a Canadian telecommunications company, where he pioneered the adoption of Internet technology.

Robert has created innovation in the areas of web development, e-commerce and ECM for companies including the Dallas Cowboys, the Indy 500, American Airlines, Disney, Underwriter’s Laboratory, Nokia USA, Macromedia, Shockwave.com, HealthMarkets, PennWell Publishing, Haggar, Calendars.com and more. Robert is a published author and is fluent in Japanese.


Kirk Nativi
Partner, Development

Kirk has more than 19 years of information technology experience and more than 13 years of consulting experience. He has successfully managed, built and deployed various technology solutions for clients in many different industries. He leads a development staff very experienced in creating world-class solutions for our clients using industry standard development tools and techniques.

Most recently, his group has designed, developed and implemented ecommerce web applications using ATG’s application suite of software for several retail clients. Kirk has also architected custom developed Java and .NET solutions, including work flow automation applications and custom web sites for clients in the retail, government, not-for-profit and exhibit industries.

Prior to joining Amplifi Commerce, Kirk was a Senior Architect at Credera, where he focused on their ATG practice area, custom application development and integration of large scale enterprise applications. He has a BA in Computer Science from Baylor University.


Julian Lambert
Regional Vice President & Managing Partner

Julian Lambert is the Western Region Vice President and Managing Partner, where he is responsible for solution delivery for key accounts.  Julian is passionate about providing leadership and guidance in establishing new or improving existing online channel business units, creating technology solutions that drive increased revenue, and improving his client’s customer experience.

Prior to joining Amplifi Commerce, Julian was the Global E-Business Director for Shimano Inc. where he was responsible for day-to-day operations of a multi-disciplined group responsible for the design, development, and support of B2C solutions, B2B solutions, and global IT enterprise applications & technology.  Additionally in that role, Julian kept himself busy promoting open source technology within Shimano and oversaw the rollout of Alfresco’s open source content management system for Shimano worldwide.

Prior to Shimano, Julian spent over 10 years designing and implementing e-business solutions for medium and large-scale organizations, including companies such as Walgreen Co., McDonald’s Corporation, PetSmart, Northern Trust, Detroit Edison, and Grainger.

Solutions designed and implemented by Julian have been featured by Jim Collins in Good to Great (2001) and have won Shared Insights (2006) best content management application award.

Julian serves on the Community Technology Advisory Council for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.


Richard Adams
Regional Vice President & Managing Partner

As leader of the New York office, Richard is responsible for the P&L of all projects sold and delivered through Amplifi Commerce’s New York Office. He brings 15 years of experience in all facets of e-commerce including design, development, marketing, fulfillment and operations, as well as deep domain experience in the luxury, digital media and entertainment industries.

Prior to joining Amplifi Commerce, Richard was the Vice President of E-commerce at a luxury fashion brand where he posted significant year-over-year growth in revenue, profitability, organic search volume and opt-in list membership. Richard replaced the incumbent technology platform with more flexible content management, e-commerce and order management systems that reduced costs and improved the firm’s ability to convey its luxury brand how and where it wanted to. During his tenure, he also implemented a multi-channel customer relationship management (CRM) system for handling high-value leads and prospect that generated 78% of attributable leads to stores and superior conversion rates.

As a consultant, Richard has helped clients define, develop and manage e-commerce projects and ongoing businesses. His clients have included Condé Nast Publications, Movado, Vera Wang, ABCNews, BestBuy, Sears, AT&T, Fortunoff and Lucent.

Previously, Richard founded two pioneering technology startups in the digital music and social networking spaces.


Kiran Raghunathan
Managing Partner, Technology

Kiran Raghunathan has more than 12 years of IT experience in varied industries like finance, retail for several fortune 100 clients. Kirans experience includes architecture, design and implementation of major financial services and retail chain applications, including but not limited to Call Center Applications, Automated underwriting solutions, Business Process Re-engineering, eCommerce paltform implementations including mobile commerce.

Most recently Kiran was involved as a solutions architect with major retail businesses creating extensible eCommerce platforms. Before that he was involved with clients in setting up Product information management systems that serve up product information in real time using web services. Before that Kiran was a Security Architect working on securing the applications and boundaries of a major financial services company, prior to which he was the Bank Program Architect on Loan Origination software that enabled the business process reengineering and automation of key processes of the same institution.

Kiran’s focus on delivery includes continuous quality improvements, 24×7 uptime for the environments including all major and maintenance releases and a production implementation with zero defects. Kiran has experience in leading teams with a diverse break up of on-shore and off-shore personnel and consistently delivering multi million dollar projects with the highest quality and under budget.


Travis Hess
Managing Partner, Client Development

Travis is Managing Partner of Client Development where his team is responsible for global sales, business development, channel partnerships, strategic alliances and marketing for Amplifi Commerce. Travis has more than 15 years of agency, consulting and commerce supply chain experience within a variety of verticals including retail, financial services, food service and technology.

Prior to joining Amplifi Commerce, Travis most recently held leadership positions at marketing service industry leader Archway Marketing as well as publicly traded BPO firm InnerWorkings which, experienced a triple digit CAGR during his tenure. Previously, Travis founded and ran his own digital agency – OnePoint which serviced such marque clients as Bang & Olufsen, Marquis Jet and American Express as well as holding business development leadership positions with Chicago direct agency, Protocol and New York based creative boutique, McCaffrey Ratner.
