  • Amplifi Commerce defined an end-to-end strategy, including online operations, catalog development, branding and site design, merchandising, fulfillment, and customer care
  • Captured the Sportsman’s Warehouse brand, both in terms of design and feature set
  • Built large, consumer-ready catalog from scratch
  • Large product offering (53,000 SKUs) and complex integrations brought to market in a timely manner

Results:

  • The Amplifi Solution allows for facet-based search and navigation, using both global (brand, price) and category-specific facets
  • Provided the ability to serve “abandoned” markets at lower cost without the need to open more retail locations
  • Basic personalization, with foundation for more complex personalization in future
